Incorrect Debit orders

Hello Peter

When I signed up a personal loan with Ned bank, I selected my Debit order to go off on the 25th of every month, unfortunately Ned bank debits my account before the due date of every month some times on the 24th and the recent debit happened on the 23rd before my salary date 25th, this makes my account to go into over draft, I have phoned Ned bank on numerous occasions and each time the telephone operator promised that they will rectify the debit order date, I have recorded the reference numbers for the last 2 calls :

14 Aug 2013 - Ref : 885 4326 spoke to Jackop
26 June 2013 - Ref : 364 3687 spoke to Leron

Please help, my plea with Ned bank is falling onto deaf ears, i am now paying extra because Absa is charging me for over draft and this reflects negatively on my account profile.
