I have opened an FNB platinum account 3 weeks ago. TO DATE:

1. None of my debit orders have been moved
2. No private banker has contacted me
3. I havent received my credit card as yet - even though sent through all information weeks ago
4. none of my beneficiaries have been added to my account.

I should have just stuck with NEDBANK, Utterly disgusting service
