It seems that no one at the insurence claims side of African Bank are working. I've tried for 3 days to get hold of them, nothing. The phone just rings and rings. When i Call the call centre they just transfer me without trying to assist in any way. I guess the only way to get their attention is to stop paying the account... then wait to let them phone me...
