ABSA Error ER495

We opened a business account with ABSA Bank in September 2012. Upon doing so, we were asked to supply them with all relevant documents which included proof of delivery of all members. All transactions were going through as normal until 20 December 2012 when we needed to authorise our salaries. A error message ER495 popped up.
I emailed our consultant at 07:21AM advising her of the problem. This was the response i received at 9:31AM:

"Good Day Mr Els,
I have resolved the problem on the system.
Kind Regards"

Now this morning, 24 January 2013, I needed to authorise our salaries again only for this problem to arise once again.

Surely this is not a satisfactory way to treat clients.

Thank goodness to FNB for their quick and AWESOME customer service for saving the day and allowing our employees to receive their salaries on time.

I do not recommend any company or individual to waste their time in opening an account with ABSA, go straight to FNB where you are guaranteed excellent service.
