Urgent attention

My mother passed away some 8 years ago and i had a funeral policy with Standard Bank. When i applied for a new funeral policy for my father a while ago, Standard Bank never picked up I had an old one, even though I asked. I only realised when i got telephone banking recently that i was still paying for the old policy. I went into the bank and phoned and both said a refund of around R5000 was due to me. I was told on 2nd February 2013 that amount was paid, it wasnt. I had to fax bank statements to prove this, did it. I phoned again and was told money would be refunded once Standard Bank had spoken to my father to cancel the policy I had for my mother. I was told once they had spoken to my father the refund would be paid. Did this and no refund was paid. Then yesterday I get a phone call saying that the money wont be refunded.
