Visting the Standard Bank Rondebosch branch not too long ago, i was assisted by a lady by the name of Tracey Rinquest, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Tracey had a smile on her face from greeting me up to the point when I left her cubicle. She handled my query effieciently and speedily and by the time I was ready to leave, I was happy!
