I am totally disgusted with the level of service at the Rondebosch branch. I collected my new card in last week and firstly there was an elderly lady in front, well 2 spaces ahead of me and she was not feeling to great and yet there were at first only 2 consultants able to assist. For Pete's sake someone could have assisted her.
My actual issue is that I needed to collect my new card as my old card has expired. I now try to log onto my internet banking ONLY TO FIND ITS NOT WORKING. I just tried to make an urgent payment and I am unable to log on. How does getting a new card deactivate my internet banking. There are so many other banks that offer way better deals. I have a been a standard bank customer for such a long time that I thought I would not leave this bank. Due to the terrible experience I will have to say that I am highly disappointed in this service as Standard bank is quite expensive. I will surely look into moving my accounts to a bank where this MISHAP will not happen.
