Riedwaan was extremely hospitable and realised the value of my contribution to the business . he was patient to explain how the premiums are reviewed and generally provided the background information pertaining to how the Risk is calculated. After all this he offered to review my current premium and this gesture is highly appreciated as he was forthcoming in his discussion. This is a great customer service and as such I feel proud to be part of this caring culture.
