I never really thought I would ever find myself writing a complaint to one of the reputable banks, over something so petty!!
My business partner & I needed to apply for a business account & a friend of mine who works @ fnb recommended fnb as the company to contact for this. I applied for the business cards on the net & surely enough, I was called back within a reasonable time & all the necessary paper work was done-if anything, I was happy about the professionalism & speediness from the agent we were dealing with & I do appreciate that. But now, its MONTHS later & I still don't have my card! My business partner received his card & I was also contacted on several occassions to confirm the place & time of delivery which the courier company always got wrong, they couldn't get hold of me for that reason! Still, I understood that maybe the clash in the times was the reason, weeks passed, the card was still not delivered and no-one called me to follow up or find out what happened. I then called fnb and a rude agent told me that I must go check @ my branch, So I went to protea gardens - my card hadn't been delivered there either and I apparently have to 1st get an sms from fnb to pick up the card
