Good day,

I resigned the 1st week of May, and my employer sent away all my paperwork the following week.

I followed up from time to time if my application was received - as Per Old Mutual - nothing, until I received an sms from them stating notification was received - why only then? All paperwork was sent of weeks ago

Apart from that - every time I call - there is always no answer - the longest ive held on was today for almost 15mins

My emails to old mutual are shown as read but NO feedback received!!!
