To Whom it may concern on the 14/08.2013 Wednesday R11 819 was debited out of my account by means of a journal. According to the branch it was for a personal loan that is at recovery. I had the same problem last year March when they also took money out of my personal savings account without my consent or knowledge. First of all I have NO knowledge of ever having a personal loan account with ABSA and resolved according to my knowledge when the money was paid back into my account. I was involved in a serious vehicle accident 3 weeks ago and my car was written of by my insurance company. They paid out for the vehicle on 13 August so that I can buy a new car. I am a Sales Manager and for income to make a normal living I need a vehicle to do my job. I need the money transferred back into my account within 24 hours, because I need to make a payment for the car I bought.
