18 July 2013 I made a claim after our car was in an accident. It got towed and in a weeks time I called the insurance people to find out about the progress was told that there are no records on the claim. Re-launched the claim and gave them another week to work on it. Called after a week and was told to contact Hendrik as he is in charge of the claim. My uncle is an elderly person an Such things he is to be assisted of hence my report. We call and there is no one to assist us and its over a month now. What does one do when fees are paid yet service not delivered?
