First National Bank
Cancelation and no success

I am trying to cancel my credit card and it has been over a week and no response. I have called twice to the call centre and they tell me that it has been seen by there admin department and they still looking at it. Should not take that long to cancel something. Not only that i have to call them and they dont even call me to tell me what is going on or an email to let me know. No comunication what so ever!!!
