I have been trying to cancel my data card since mid January. I called the call centre and they told me to mail the retentions department which I did on 30 Jan, I was never contacted and then mailed the mail again 13 Feb. when I phoned today they told me that they never received my mail and that I must send it again. I then told Nompelelo that I want to cancel it immediately and was told I cant I have to do it via email, after telling her that I dont want to email as they are not getting my mails I want to cancel now and therefore if she cant help me to let me speak to her supervisor. She then put me on hold for over 10 minutes, where I eventually lost the call due to bad signal. I want to cancel my data card and cant seem to come right. As a consumer I have no rights as a client of Neotel.
