FNB FAILING TO HELP ME!!!

I have been given a run around by FNB since June 10 2013 with regards to the additional funds to extend my house whom I have a mortgage with FNB. They initially submitted my request to the wrong department, a month later, it was sent to the "correct" one, after I complained about it.

My contractor stated how much the project will cost, but FNB think and belive he's talking nonsense, they added additiona 500K toi what he quoted. Each time I provide them with the documents they asked from me, they keep requesting more. Now, they need proof, I don't know what proof, of how my contractor arrived at the amount he quoted me, worse part, I'm told they won't speak to the contractor. I only requested a portion of the quoted amount, as we have the rest.

Can someone in management capacity look at references 18000648072013 and 3000012197089, safe the bank's reputation, and tell me exactly HOW FNB CAN HELP ME. Or is this a cue for me to take my mortgage and personal bank account away from FNB?

I am really now extremely tired of sending endless documents, while I don't see any progress and not getting any constructive feedback. Tired of you dashing my hopes and aspirations.
