I had a burst geyser at my home early in march and reported to my bank "Ned bank" and they (ned bank) sent me a contractor which gave me a quote on the job that I submitted to the agent from ned bank, a few weeks went by without any response. I then paid for the damages out of my pocket to my ceiling and walls in bathroom and kitchen. The contractor then returned early august to do the job he quoted on in march, I contacted ned bank which then only realized my claim has not been settled, in this time I contacted the bank and telling the agent that I had bought on all the materials to complete further damages that only appeared later (kitchen wall tiles and other materials) she requested me to submit my claim, which I did and then at the end of September I called this same agent to find out what is happening about my claim and I am still waiting
