Customer Service leads to dead end!

This complaint is on behalf of my dad whom applied for his surplus money but was not paid it out in full. He applied early in 2012 which the fund confirmed he would be paid out -R86000 or a larger sum of money. He had received no response from the fund until I followed up on 17/07/13. Spoke to a consultant by the name of Nozipho whom advised me that he was paid out his portion of R1324.60 on 29/09/2012. Informed my dad whom advised he was robbed since the payout was much larger that the payment received. I tried calling the offices on several occasions but received no response so I sent an e-mail follow up on 24th & 31st July. Obtained no response but received "read receipts" confirming my e-mails were acknowledged but ignored. My dad colleagues received large amounts of over R100 000 in payouts but his been robbed. It's frustrating that we cannot get an response regarding his queries & e-mails are being ignored. How can this institute payout all the colleagues large sums of money who worked less years in the industry but he worked much longer than them get robbed?
