No Feedback as well as no query resolution

I have logged a call on the 06th June 2013 to unsuspend the bank account due to the account not been Fica. All necessary documentation requested had been sent to ISabel. Numerous call had been made however no feedback in respect to the query, or she is always out and not available. Being the 21/08/2013 still no feedback has been received and iam requested to do payments from the bank account but cannot do as the account needs to be verified. Requested for the escalation process but no body at the branch is willing to provide me with the detail. Subsequently i have been liaising with Irshaad Dawood who is assisting but not also receiving any joy from his colleagues. Just to think if this gentlemen is struggling to assist a client, how can i as the client get a resolution from Absa in respect to the account to be reinstated, if an insider can not get a query resolved. Its been 3 months that iam struggling to get the account sorted in order for me to facilitate payments.
