Still Not Helped Me

On 4 July 2013 I lodged a complaint on HelloPeter as I was not receiving any help from FNB. Sadly, I was retrenched and requested my right to use the Credit Life Protection Insurance that I was paying for! I started this procedure on 1 June 2013 and after my complaint on 4 July 2013 received calls to say that this would be looked into. Melanie Cloete contacted me and advised that the CLP was approved for my 2X Personal Loans and for my FNB CC. Last week I finally received confirmation on the 2X Personal Loans however, they still try to debit my account which is adding on additional charges & costs. I want to know how this will be reversed? furthermore, I keep being told that my CLP claim for my FNB CC was approved & that confirmation will be forwarded to me. Today is the 21st of August 2013 & I have still not received this information. Today I received a call from 'Barrett & Associates' demanding payment saying that I have been handed over to them for collection then get an sms saying I am refusing to pay! I tried explaining about the CLP & my retrenchment but got told that I will be summoned! This is unacceptable and I demand that FNB sort this out! This has been going on 2 months!
