Good Morning, It has come to my attention that FNB my current bank does not see me as a value added client. I recently applied for a personal loan so that I could further studies and requested for a R50 000 amount but was denied and only offered R25 000, I weighed up my options and found that I could do with that R25 000 so I requested for a call back on the 10/12/2013 I received the call back only to find out that I was told that I have been approved for R3000. Dumfounded by this is logged a complaint as that is false advertising to me as the client as when I first submitted my request I received notification online stating R25 000 is what I qualify for. I received a reference and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. it has now been 48 hours still no call. Complaint Ref: 8QSXLKHQ, I would prefer if a manager contact me as I cant see how FNB just changes there ways as it is not good business conduct.

AS I SAY I AM LOOKING FOR THE MONEY TO FURTHER MY EDUCATION IN MY SPECIFIC FIELD AND MY PERSONAL BANK IS JUST NOT WILLING TO HELP
