Three months after my procedure was done at my Dentist, the doctor's office phoned and told me my claim payment (which was approved beforehand) was reversed. After phoning in on 02/07/2013 and receiving a reference number, I was told that the claim was reversed because the procedure was cancelled, no one can tell me who gave them that information, but the procedure was done, and I have the teeth to show it.
After 8 calls, all after the five working days issue, I still up to today don't have any answer on whether the claim will be paid. I will be handed over for debt collecting at the end of August due to my VERY EXPENSIVE TOP OF THE RANGE MEDICAL AID!
