Sorry was out of the country and only got back Friday Should I make the arrangements with them for when I can get it there?
Then I got another little nasty surprise when I got back Friday Night.
The tiles in my kitchen lifted for some funny reason. And it is not as if they are just loose. But they are lifted up, I do not hope there is something wrong with the foundation. I do not want to touch them for I would like to know if they will send someone to come look why.
Some of the tiles have cracked as well.

With regards to the house, I think you should get someone to have a look, but an assessor will not come out unless there is a claim made.

I suggest getting someone out there to have a look, at your own cost.

If you want to do a claim for the house, we can.
I just don't want you to do an unnecessary claim either, then it will affect your claims history.
