NO Feedback and response from Claims Department

CONFUSING DOCUMENTATION NEEDED FROM OLD MUTUAL.
Disability Claim No. CLMS367099

Because of all the tests by various Doctors to be done for the claim, our medical expenses is out of control, more and more tests needed by O.M is outrageous, I need answers.

My conversation with Old Mutual Call Centre, Lee-Roy at 09h11.

Apparently an e-mail send by Irene Pillay on the 23/10/13, to Dr. Engelbrecht requesting a "Daily Activity" form, nothing was received.
E-mail (14/09/2013) from I.Pillay was sent to me, requesting 2 sets of documentation:
"Statement by Employer" was send to O.M on 26/10/13
"Report by the Physiotherapist" was not yet send, reason be, the Physiotherapist needs a specific "Disability Claims Physiotherapy Progress Report" form, which I requested on Friday when I phoned and spoke to Lee-Roy (O.M) According to him, O.M only needs the form from Dr. Englebrecht.
Lee-Roy also confirmed that he will send e-mail to I.Pillay immediately so that she can contact me, until now, no one has called me back.

All this is very confusing, nothing adds up what is really needed by Old Mutual. I want to know what is really going on???

E-mail was send again 8h40 today.
