I added 2 claims on the website last week.
Still hearing nothing I mailed M&F to ask what is happening

May I please have claim numbers or policy numbers, as I can't trace anything using these ref numbers given above.

I got my reference Number, why do you not have it.
Bare in mind I am going on Holiday, and there is now only 2 days to fix what is broken
