Unable to pay FNB homeloan from ABSA account

Hi, I previously complained about this service, I did all the changes as requested from FNB and issue not resolved. I phoned ABSA for help and they assured me that all is clear on their side. all my other payments from the same ABSA account to various other institutions have no problem with the payments made.
