Cancelled my credit card in June and paid off the the R62 that was still outstanding on from the account yet they never cancelled the credit card account. Called in again in July to find out why they are still charging me for fees after I had stopped that account which I am not even allowed to use and the stupid call centre agent promised to stop the account. This morning I received another text showing fee that are charged on the account which is insane!!! I willl not be paying them a cent, it's been three months now and they clearly do not have the intentions of stopping this account but want to benefit unfairly. How incompetent is their staff to fail processing such a simple request, this is just day light!!!
