Illegal access to my personal banking account

I took a loan with wonga in december last year, the repayment to my understanding was a once off payment, which never happend and i assumend this was done in dec, as i was on holiday, i recieved no correspndence from the wonga team up until march 2013, which i agreed to a payment terms of R125.00 EVERYMONTH, which i did in april, on the 25-05-2013 R500 WENT off my acc, and the nerve of wonga to thank me for a payment i ddi not authorize, so my question here is, i no longer am the owner of this account, and the fact that a consultant i spoke to in march told me alot of customers have gone throuhg the same thing as they had system problems in dec, I DONT CARE, NOW its a battle beween me my bank, wong and vvm attorneys, vvm attorney confirm this acc was never handed over to them, WOnga consultan Sizzy) tells me vvm attorneys took the money on their behalf and theres nothing she can do, spoke to the manager at wonga (robyn -id 903 eho refused to give me his surname) told me its my fault the acc is in arrears and as a lender i shouldve checked up if payment was recieved, REALLY, I OWE WONGA yes, but seeing that their system errors had nothing to do with me, NO ONE HAS THE
