I had a moneyline account that i was paying through creditworx. On 20.08.2013 i paid the total balance outstanding (settlement) and has been requesting a paid up letter since. I called them more than 4 times and everytime they promised to email the letter. On 30.08.2013 i sen an email and i haven't received any response. Today (03.09.2013) i called and the consultant (Lebo) said they need to confirm with their client if i should get the letter or not. When i asked how long will that take she said 7days. I told her that its not the 1st time that i"m calling and she said i must hold for the team leader (Kagiso) then hung up afterwards.
I don't know what to do anymore because it seems like haging up whilst the client is talking is their company policy.
