I am a brand new homeloan-customer at FNB. Our house was registered on the 14th of August BUT we have to pay for a full month on 31 August. when I phoned them they said that that is how their computers work it out... and that's that. so now we have to pay occupation rent plus one months installment!!! who in the world budgets for paying double... every other bank (was with Absa previously) will charge you pro rata!!! its a pity that we have to start like this... I guess one bank is the same as the other..??
