I claimed on my funeral policy as a result of an extended family member passing on. Claim was paid however it was short paid, the amount short paid matches my monthly premium, I called the call centre to query this, I was advised that Ayanda was the person responsible for approving and processing my claim, I was told that the reason I was short paid is because they did not get the June premium, which is not true! I did not skip any payment, the only thing I did was change the debit order from the 25th to the 31st so they must check their records accurately! I checked my statement so she must proof to me that I missed a premium, I want the outstanding amount paid into my account before the end of the week!
