On the 25th July I went to capitec midrand branch, was assisted by Lebo Malope to transfer funds from my acc to my moms acc at absa. I just signed and left without double checking because I trusted the bank employee. Few days later my mom told me she hasn't received any money, then I went back to the bank and asked, only to find that Lebo captured the wrong acc. What hurts me is I pleaded with them to help me, I even spoke Thato lady who is said to be the manager but she referred me to call their client care. They didn't even offer me a phone inside to make that call, I guess it was my problem. This has ruined the relationship with my mom as she doesn't believe that I really tried transferring her R10000 . I am not talking bout small money that I can jus dismiss. I want capitec to bring back my money by COB Friday. I have been waiting for so long and nothing is happening. I left my previous bank because of bad service but this is worse!
