Budget Car Insurance to Pay for My Vehicle

I was involved in a car accident in Gaborone, Botswana and when claiming form insurance, the claim was incorrectly declined by Budget Insurance and upon making them realised their blunder, I am subjected to scrutiny and I have been made to wait for the entire month without any proper feedback.

I have been tossed and turned and passed from one person to the other. In my communication with Budget, I was told that the only reason for the claim being declined was that of change of address, which was an error from their side as they overlooked the very documents sent to me by them authorising me to change address. Now they are trying so hard to find fault where there is none. I am out of the country and hey refused to give feedback to me and I had to travel all the way from Botswana only to be told incorrect information. This has costed me lost of money, from transporting the car across the border, telephone calls, travel costs, lodging costs and loads of other logistical inconveniences that are now suppose to be my problem.

All I need from Budget is to do honourable thing and pay for my vehicle. I do not owe them anything.

I am in desperate need of your help!!
