Still no response, have been trying for days with no luck. Each time I sent a Please contact me via the website, I get a call from Sales and never manage to get through to Claims. Left several messages - PATHETIC! I will be in a meeting till 14h30 and will thus not be able to take calls. If this is the service one gets from a company who claims to be the best, I rest my case. "Word of Mouth" tends to carry much weight.
