Hi I've called outsurance on the 18/02/13 at around 9:00am with regards to beating my current premium, as I wanted to save some cash. I spoke to a consultant (call reference no.3820705) who worked out a premium and it had came to just over a R1000.00 which is unaffordable as I am paying just over R500.00 a month. So I told her it is way too much for me to pay. She did not mention anything about the R400.00 payout promotion which states, if they don't beat your current premium they will pay you R400.00. This was unprofessional as they so proudly advertise for. She then said she will send me an email to which I need to reply with my current insurers details. I am still waiting for her mail at this time. Is Outsurance play a big HOAX on innocent people? Is this a big? If they cannot keep a simple promise to make a small payment of R400.00, how will they pay people when its really time to claim for damages? Please help me Peter.
