Good day FNB,

I would like to thank Zamokuhle Mabanga for the stellar service she showed me yesterday.

She was very kind, fast and kept giving me a step by step update as she was updating my account details.

And instead of sending me to my branch, she opted to send them and email to remove the hold on the account.

She's young, vibrant and extremely friendly.

She later gave me a letter confirmimg my banking details and at bottom it says that she's a "Multi Skilled Consultant"

I TOTALLY AGREE.
