A few days ago a lady bumped into the back of my car at a robot, because she didn't brake in time.
My insurance sent me to EasyWay so that I can claim from her.
I get there and Jacques saw me coming in advance, he greeted me with a firm handshake, eye to eye and with a smile as I exited my car.
He then explained to me what he was going to do to my car, for about 15 minutes, while I waited in their comfortable lounge with a cup of coffee.
Literally 15 minutes late he was back in the lounge and explained exactly what I needed to do from my end for the accident claim, after I leave.
I'm sure he'll be on the phone to me as promised in a few days, as promised so that I can get my car back to it's original condition.
