Waiting for over a week for manager to call

I made an arrangement with tallyman to decrease my instalments because I am on maternity leave. This was done telephonically and then I received the amended contact in the mail. The written contract doesn't represent the agreement I made telephonically. I went to a branch in Birch Acres mall and we called tallyman, I spoke to Zuko and requested that the call be pulled and listened to. He said the manager is the one who has to listen to the call and he promised that the manager will get back to me. I sent a request to client care to be contacted but nothing yet. My worry is that we are getting paid next week and there won't be enough money and this is going to affect my multi loan and I can't re apply for it cause I am on unpaid leave. I just wish that somebosy would listen to the call made in March and get back to me. Its a good thing that I wrote the amounts from that call down.
