Unauthorised Debit from my account

I have had unauthorised debits from Nudebt Management - all my payments are up to date - surely they should confirm this before they just debit your account.
When I called them, the person I was speaking to was having a conversation with someone internally while taking my call, and I was told to contact my service provider.
This is totally unacceptable.
