Wonga agents rude and unhelpful!!!

After having an issue with the Wonga debit, i now find myself unable to settle my loan with Wonga until such time as I return to work from unpadi maternity leave. So I took wongas invitation to call and explain my situation, attempt to arrange for repayment however the agent that I spoke to Ashley was incredibly rude, dismissive and demanding! He refused to accept any arrangement demanding that I settle the loan immediately and in full, threatening to hand me over to attorneys. However hard I tried to explain to this person that my maternity is unpaid and I am not receiving any UIF either, he refused to listen! Despite the fact that this is the first time since I have been a client of wonga I have failed to pay and that I called in to arrange!! Ashley insisted I pay now as my account was only 17 days in arrears and i have been a faithful paying client for almost a year, despite having a newborn baby and no source of income of my own. I then received an email the next morning advising that I havent tried to call!!? I have called but my request to arrange has been refused!! Wonga is obviously just a greedy, money hungry loan with no consideration for its clients!!!
