Incompenetency and not being transparent

Hi, i'm laying a complaint to Capitec bank collection team for giving me wrong infomation, not being tranparent and they to me, i've requested a settlement amonut last months on the 07th of november 2013, which i got it from collection manager Zuko Bunge and the amount was paid and confirmed the following day i made eft.now i'm getting telephone calls and smses from collection team again saying my loan accounts is overdue, howver i settled paid the account, i got fruatrated and phone the number back to my surprise they're saying to me that the amount they gave me was not settlement aount was only the balance, how can a normal person request balance instead of settlemnet amount becuase the idea was close off account.and again apparently the guy (Zuko i spoke to as he claimed he is collection manager he is not.i want capitec bank to apologize and and fix the mess they made and close off that acount as i don't want to do business with them anymore, and i am not responsible for the charges and balance saying they're i'm owing.its not my fualt.what kind of the bank deceive client ot thier titles.they are not complying with CPA RIGHTS..
