On february this year I called their call center to make arrangement on my existing loan as I would be going on maternity leave. I made arrangement of 1000 hoping I will be getting enough money from UIF. Then february I paid the agreed 1000, in March and April I cud not meet the installment. And I was called by the consultant and I explained my situation that am on Maternity leave and rely on the money from uif cos the one I get from work does not even cover my expences as its not my full salary.early in May 2013 I was called again and the consultant told me I can make arrangement but when I get back to work promised to pay 3000 in may bcs there was a money was expecting unfortunately things did not go my way. I went to Capitec in Rosettenville to pay the R1000 and I explained to the consultant. To my suprise on the 19th I got a call from the laywyers telling me that my account has been handed over. I explained to him and said I did not pay only for 2months. how can they hand over such account. Not even consulting me. I have been a good client. Wish this to be rversed as m willing to pay as am resuming work next month
