Poor Service once again

I applied for a check account on the 22 of July last month, I was promissed that I will receive a call within five days to collect, it never happened. When I went to enquire on Tuesday I was told my card has been with them from last month and no one bothered to inform me. Then on Tuesday the 13th I was given my card and told it will take 15 hours for the card to be activated and I will be informed to go to the nearest branch, to date I'm still waiting for that call, this is disgusting and shameful that you can't keep your promise.
