I went to the above branch to make a deposit for an application to TUT, the form states that the reference must be your ID number. I gave the teller my ID book, avoiding calling it out to her, in case we don't hear each other properly. After I got my slip I left, went to submit my application at TUT, where I was told my reference number is not the same as my identity number, and I discovered she had put one digit incorrectly, and I had to walk back to the bank, when I got there the teller who helped was not there, and I was told by the one next to her she is on lunch, and will be back after 45mins. I said I do not have that much time to waste can't she be called if no one else can't help fix the mistake. He said no, as I was sitting there getting irritated I decided to go and find a manager, I went to the reception and found a lady who managed to locate her, when she got there there was not even an apology from her, she treated like I was some annoying child, after wasting my time and energy.
