FICA BLOCK ON ACCOUNT

We have been staying in Saudi Arabia for 2 years due to my husband getting a contract job for 5 years. We keep the ABSA account open to transfer money into the account every month. I was notified 3 days ago that the money that was paid into the account cannot be transfered due to a FICA Block. so we phoned the branch to arrange with them to update the details as we will only be in SA in April and we need to send money back home. With all the details sent, still they dont want to exept the proof of residents. We need this account unblock as there is still money from the 3rd of January not paid into our account yet, and now its lost somewhere in your system. Please advice what you need as we sent all the correct documents as per the branch.
