When I was introduced to Prestige banking I was told that from now on any deal I get from another bank Standardbank would be able to beat but to my surprise things changed fairly quickly when I was trying to get a new car. When I sent them a quote I was now ordered to try making an application with another Dealership (Michelle Donnelly - Motor Finance) Michelle called me from PTA to tell me that they cannot do it.

Now I am in the process of upgrading my account to Prestige where as I was misled. How can I stay with such a bank? considering I have been with them for?

We are unable to negotiate the deal for you as the application was done by the dealer before you send it to us. I have asked you not to apply via the dealer. At this stage we cannot intervene with the dealers application.

Your cards are not at the branch yet, You will receive an sms once the cards are at the branch.
