My moms car was in March this year. It's nearing the end of August already, and Santam hasn't paid out her claim. When we speak to them the only response that we get is, that they are waiting for the police to investigate. My mom has M.S. and therefore a quadriplegic. She has a mobility scooter which is almost broken because she has to drive to the shops with it all the time. She is therefore at home all the time and she is getting really depressed because it's like she is a prisoner in her own house. Please Santam give my moms freedom back. She also wants to go to shopping centres, and do everyday things like abled people.
The insurance is in my Dad name T.J de Kooker. He is divorced from my mother, so he couldn't care less for her at his present time. My moms Name is Christa de Kooke
