PATHETIC & DISGUSTING SERVICE DELIVERY

Loan taken out with Absa Vehicle Finance in Nov2012. Never had a single call welcoming me as a client of ASBA. Never a single statement from them to date. Even requested it & changed my corresp. method to email on 09/07 by email to Annamarie Carstens. Got a call from them 14/8/13 to update details-discovered then that the address was captured incorrectly! On 03/7/13, i called the vehicle finance call centre to advise them that i reversed my July's instalment as 2 amts was paid in cash in my loan acc, being 22/5/13 : R5215.25 & 06/6/13 : R3542.75. Asked the consultant to use the cash payment to offset against my July instalment only. She assured me it will be fine & my acc would not go into arrears! Ref :8524542, 8524525 Today i receive a call from a very rude, arrogant Eugene Voss questioning me why i dont return my calls & why my acc is in arrears! I asked him to check his records b4 making accusations at me. I refused to listen to him because of the manner he spoke to me & i cut his calls. He then sent me an email threatening legal action & attachment. I would appreciate an immediate response & satisfactory resolution before further action is taken against all concerned!
