Signed for a vehicle on 16 Jan with Absa. According to my contract the 1st payment was due 1/3/13. On 1/2/13 Absa deducted an installment. I reported this and asked for a refund. So they refunded me this instalment twice in one week, so I reported it again. Up to date they havent taken back the extra instalment paid out to me. On Monday 11/213 a Gloria (012) 4421975 phoned me and said my vehicle is two months in arrears!!! They refuse to get this rectified and to get my credit record clear. I keep on phoning and the answer is just - we will get back to you. In the meantime I sit with a bad credit record.
