Great marketing, but extremely tardy service

On 13 March 2013 I posted a report on this website as I had received poor service from FNB. I had met with them on 27 February with the aim of moving both my business account and personal accounts to FNB - what a challenge! I posted the initial complaint as I had heard nothing back from them for 2 weeks even after sending them a mail thanking them for meeting with me. The morning after posting on Hellopeter they contacted me and apologised for their lack of service and seemed very efficient. I submitted my merchant application forms that day - 14 March. More than a month later, I have still not heard back and this is after I have sent a chaser email to them in which they apologised for the non-response as they "thought I would've gotten feedback already." Yet, still I have not heard back. It seems like the only way to get action from FNB is through Hellopeter which is why I am taking time out of my day to post this report..
