So I have posted a complaint before and have yet to get a resolution, even after posting it on your Facebook page.
1. Your advertisement says that you get up to 15% back in eBucks when you pay for fuel with your FNB Cheque, Credit or linked Petrol Card. I say bullshift! I put in fuel up to 3 times a day, though it never amounts to more than R70 (due to the fact that my tank only has a capacity of 5.5l) but I have yet to see any rewards for it.
2. You earn eBucks for shopping at your partners eg. Makro, Shoprite, Checkers, McDonalds... I Say again BullShift!! I go to McDonalds often enough and don't get any eBucks.
3. Your tagline is "How can we help you? " Saying that you really care about your customers. I say BullShift!! I posted a complaint almost a month ago and it still has not been resolved. I got a call to say you have sorted the problem but when I mention the refund of the R750 I paid for your mistake I am told you will investigate and get back to me-BullShift!! You never call back.
I think I will go back to Beep-bank... oh no... YOU ARE BEEP-BANK!!
